Service Providers

Registered legal services providers play a key role in Stream 2 and Stream 3 of AccelerateIP’s programming focused on IP strategy and implementation.

To become a registered service provider, you must complete the Service Provider Registration Form, which outlines your relevant experience and areas of expertise. Please note that each lawyer, patent agent, and trademark agent in your organization who will be involved in the AccelerateIP Program (Streams 2-2 and 3) must individually complete this form. The following criteria must be met:

  • Must complete the registration form
  • Must be located in Canada (service providers located in the US will be considered on a case-by-case basis)
  • Must have well-developed and demonstrated expertise in Intellectual Property.
  • Must have agents or lawyers registered with CPATA (Class 1 or 2) or be licensed to practice law in Canada.
